When we refer to “we,” “our,” or “us,” we mean Creator-Links and our group companies. If you have any questions, please contact us. If you don’t agree with these Terms, please do not use Creator-Links.
1. Content Responsibility and App Policy
Creator-Links is not a content-curation service or content platform; it is a tool enabling users to share their own content, links, and references. Creator-Links does not curate, review, or verify the accuracy of user-generated content, and users remain solely responsible for anything they upload, share, or distribute.
We enforce content policies that align with legal standards and the requirements set by our partners and vendors. Content that violates these standards may be removed. However, Creator-Links is not liable for user-generated materials, third-party links, or compliance with any applicable laws.
2. External Content and Third-Party Links
Creator-Links allows users to link to third-party websites, services, and affiliate networks. We do not control or endorse any content found on external sites. Users must ensure that any linked content complies with relevant laws and regulations. Access to such links is at the user’s own risk.
3. Content Removal Policy
Creator-Links reserves the right to remove any content that violates our policies, legal standards, or the requirements of our partners and vendors. While we do not actively monitor or curate user content, we will take action if a violation is reported. Removal decisions are final, and previously removed content may not be re-uploaded.
4. User Acknowledgment
By using Creator-Links, you confirm that you accept full responsibility for all content and links associated with your profile. You acknowledge that Creator-Links is not liable for any legal, reputational, or financial consequences resulting from content you share.
5. Compliance with Legal Requirements
Users must comply with all applicable laws when using Creator-Links. Any violation of legal requirements may result in the removal of content and/or account termination.

Creator-Links is an innovative affiliate-based marketing tool designed to help Creators grow their brands and digital presence. By fostering strategic partnerships and affiliate marketing, Creators can generate revenue while focusing on sustainable growth. With a commitment to positive change, Creator-Links also encourages support for good causes, uniting profitability and purpose in the creator economy.
8. Changes to These Terms
Creator-Links is constantly evolving. We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, the App, or for legal reasons. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If changes have a material negative effect on you, we’ll notify you at least one month in advance. Continuing to use Creator-Links after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Creating Your Account
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Creator-Links account. You’re responsible for ensuring your account is used lawfully and must keep your information accurate and up-to-date. If creating an account for someone else, you must have their permission.
9.a Age Verification for Accessing Locked Content
To maintain a safe, compliant, and trustworthy platform, Creator-Links requires age verification for all users who wish to access or publish locked content. Locked content includes any material placed behind a paywall or restricted area, such as monetized content, exclusive information, adult content, premium educational resources, or course material intended for mature audiences.
Users must be at least 18 years old to create, access, or monetize such content. This policy ensures legal compliance, supports responsible content distribution, and protects both creators and their audiences. Verification helps confirm that users engaging with restricted materials are of legal age and have the capacity to access, purchase, or publish such content.
Age and identity verification is conducted through a combination of secure technology and human moderation. This dual approach is designed to maintain the integrity of our platform and to ensure compliance with international standards for age-restricted and monetized digital content.
The verification process may require submission of the following documents and personally identifiable information:
- Full name
- Verified email address
- Postal address
- Date of birth
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Standalone selfie
- Selfie while holding the photo ID
Additional documentation may be requested depending on your location, local regulations, or payment processing requirements. Age and identity checks may also be repeated periodically to ensure continued compliance.
All information submitted during verification is handled with strict confidentiality, stored securely, and used exclusively for platform safety, compliance, and fraud prevention. We do not share or sell this information. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Failure to complete the required age verification will result in limited access to Creator-Links features, including the ability to post or interact with locked content. We are committed to fostering a secure and legally compliant platform for creators of all content types.
10. Username Policy
Your chosen username must not infringe on others’ rights or contain offensive or illegal terms. If a username violates these rules, we may request that you change it. Failure to comply may result in suspension or account closure. If your account is inactive for six months, we may reclaim or reassign your username after notifying you.
11.a Managing Your Account
You can close your account at any time via the Accounts Page > Close Account. We reserve the right to close or suspend accounts for reasons including but not limited to fraud, botting, or inappropriate links.
11.b Managing Your Pro Plan
You may choose a free or paid plan and can cancel at any time. Paid plans typically remain active until the end of the current billing cycle before reverting to a free plan. Canceling within 72 hours may qualify for an exception; email support@creator-links.com for assistance. Otherwise, payments are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
12.a Revenue and Payouts
Creator-Links is an affiliate-based marketing tool that allows users to share their Creator-Links pages with audiences and generate revenues. A percentage of affiliate marketing profits is split between creators and Creator-Links, governed by the "Creator-Links Creator Revenue Model."
12.b Monetizing Content
If you qualify for monetization programs or features, we will notify you. Below are the conditions related to monetizing your content with Creator-Links:
12.b.i. Eligibility for Monetization Features
Geographic Location – You must reside in an eligible country. If you move to an ineligible country, your access may be revoked.
Email Verification – You must verify your email to enable monetization features.
Account Standing – Access can be limited or revoked if your account violates these Terms or other referenced policies.
Verified Payout Method – You must connect a verified payout method to receive funds.
12.b.ii. Commissions
Commission Rates – Creator-Links negotiates commission rates with merchants for affiliate sales. Rates may change, and any fixed rates for a set period will be communicated in your dashboard.
Third-Party Affiliates – If you independently promote external affiliate products, Creator-Links is not responsible for those commissions or terms.
Commission Disclosures – You must disclose affiliate commissions as required by law. Creator-Links may provide tools to facilitate these disclosures, which you must not disable.
Creator-Links Platform Commissions – For affiliate links or payments processed directly via Creator-Links, we typically retain a 20% commission on resulting revenue, deducted before payout.
Commission Allocations
Unique Identifiers for Commission Tracking
Creator-Links uses tracking links or referral codes whenever possible to accurately allocate
commissions to the proper user. These identifiers are shared between Creator-Links and the
third party to ensure correct attribution.
Session-Based Commission Allocation
If unique identifiers cannot be used, Creator-Links employs a 10-minute session analysis to
determine the most likely referral source, factoring in user clicks and interactions during
that timeframe.
12.b.iii. Other Payments and Gifts
Partnership Disclosures – If you promote products or services through partnerships not covered by Creator-Links, you remain responsible for all legal disclosure requirements.
Gift Disclosures – If you promote gifted items, comply with any local disclosure obligations. Creator-Links is not liable for losses due to non-compliance.
Any Other Payments or Gifts – For additional forms of monetization or gifting, contact us to explore options that align with our policies. Creator-Links is committed to a fair and legal platform for all users.
12.b.iv. Payout Payments
Payout Schedule – Funds earned through Creator-Links’ monetization features are paid monthly, unless otherwise noted.
Payout Providers – You must connect a third-party payment provider or bank account to receive payouts, subject to the provider’s terms.
Verified Payout Method – We only release funds to a verified payout account.
KYC Requirements – Payouts are only completed after you satisfy the payment provider’s Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
Termination of Access – If your monetization privileges end or your account is removed, you will receive any closed commissions. Pending commissions that remain unclosed by that date may be forfeited.
Payment Definitions
Processed – The transaction is initiated and undergoing standard processing.
Cancelled – The transaction has been voided or terminated prior to completion.
Paid – The funds have been successfully transferred to your connected payout account.
Hold – The payment is paused pending additional verification or checks.
Supported Currencies
Creator-Links currently supports payouts in USD, EUR, and GBP, subject to standard banking and regional requirements.
13. Content Standards
Users must not post or link to content involving gambling, pornography, hate speech, or any other material deemed illegal or offensive under applicable laws or our policies. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these standards.
14. External Content
We are not responsible for the content or availability of external sites linked through the App. Users should review the terms, policies, and practices of any third-party website they visit.
15. Liability
Creator-Links is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the App. You assume full responsibility for your use of our services.
16. Data Responsibilities and Retention
We collect and use data to enhance and provide our services. We may email you for marketing purposes in compliance with applicable laws. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law.
17. Legal Compliance
Users must comply with all local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations applicable to their use of Creator-Links.
18. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data. By using Creator-Links, you agree to this policy.
19. GDPR Compliance
Creator-Links complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process personal data per GDPR requirements, including obtaining necessary consents and enabling users to access and manage their data. 20. Confidentiality
Any confidential information you learn about Creator-Links through your use of our App must be kept secure and not disclosed to unauthorized parties.
21. Feedback
By submitting feedback to Creator-Links, you grant us the right to use it without compensation.

Creator-Links may offer or integrate services owned or operated by third parties. Your use of these services is subject to separate terms and conditions. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for these external services.
23. App Terms
By using our App, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable app store terms. Some components may be open source, licensed under their respective terms.
24. Disclaimers
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts in that jurisdiction. We adhere to relevant legal requirements in each region where we operate.
